Seafarer Health
Being safe is also about being healthy, which is fundamental to the performance of a seafarer
There are many factors that can contribute to and affect a seafarer’s health, especially in the current challenging times. Some of these elements can be affected both by lifestyle on board and ashore. However, in simple terms, we believe the main components of a person’s health can be broken down into three broad areas. This section provides general guidance and advice for seafarers on how to maintain their Physical Health and Mental Health, as well as ensuring the Wellbeing of themselves and others.
