Our Emergency Response Line is managed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by one of our skilled Claims Handlers based in London. Please only use this number if it is an emergency situation.

In normal circumstances the initial contact from Members and Masters of their ships seeking assistance should be with the relevant port correspondent. The primary Managers contacts for claims, personal injury or underwriting matters relating to an individual ship can be found using the "Ship" search facility on this website.
