CHINA REVISES REGULATION ON INTERNATIONAL MARITIME TRANSPORT EFFECTIVE FROM JULY 20, 2023

Our correspondent in China, Oasis P&I, advised in its circular of 25 August that the Chinese Government has modified the regulations on International Maritime Transport effective from 20 July 2023. This will lead to some changes for operators engaging in international maritime transport operations entering or leaving Chinese ports.
