The Britannia Loss Prevention team hosted its latest webinar, Piracy and Armed Robbery, on Wednesday 16 May 2023.
The webinar was hosted by Charlie Cooper, Loss Prevention Manager, Britannia P&I, and provided valuable insights into the latest trends and developments, as well as effective strategies for mitigating the risks. Piracy and armed robbery continues to pose a significant threat to shipping companies and their crew members.
The speakers covered a range of important topics including the current state of piracy and armed robbery in high-risk areas, best practices for risk assessment and planning, effective strategies for preventing piracy and armed robbery incidents, and the legal and regulatory framework governing piracy and armed robbery.
