The Costs of or incidental to any of the claims, disputes, legal or other proceedings specified in Rule 18.15 Enquiries and Rule 18.16 Omnibus to which a Member may be a party or at which the Member may be represented, in both cases with the support of the Board, the Committee or the Managers, including any such Costs which the Member may become liable to pay to any other party to those proceedings.
