CHARTERERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE / PART VI / Clause 23
JURISDICTION
23.1 English Law
The Certificate of Insurance and any contract of insurance between the Association and the Assured shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Provided always that:
23.1.1 it is not intended that any benefit or rights should be acquired through the operation of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or other similar legislation.
23.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute or difference with the Association (including disputes over the interpretation, effect or application of Clause 21 above shall (subject to Clause 21 Disputes and Differences) be decided exclusively by the High Court in London.
