Club Correspondents BRAZMAR Marine Services advise that the Brazilian Division of Immigration Control and Border Security have issued Circular Note No. 51 on 10 December 2020 and Circular Note 54/2020 on 21 December 2020, the latter noting that seafarer identity documents issued under the terms of the ILO Convention 108 will now be accepted for the purpose of immigration control for all seafarers, regardless of their nationality, until 15 June 2021.
