EXTENDED CONTRACTUAL LIABILITIES
This insurance is to indemnify the Assured against liabilities, together with costs and expenses incidental thereto, arising under the terms of a contract made by the Assured in relation to services to be provided to or by the Entered Ship1. The following shall be recoverable:
1.1 Injury, illness or death
Liability of the Assured for injury to, illness of or death of any person; and/or
1.2 Loss of or damage to cargo or other property
Liability of the Assured for loss of or damage to cargo or other property
but always excluding any liability arising from or borne by the Assured that falls or could fall within the scope of the cover provided by clause 2 below.
