This panel will explore how counterparties can ensure compliance, in a world of regional and international decarbonisation regulation, increasingly onerous ESG requirements from stakeholders in the shipping value chain and ambitious, complex sanctions regimes.

1700 Session 2 – The advantages of operating assets from a mature maritime jurisdiction
This panel will explore role of mature maritime jurisdictions in the current geopolitical context. Whether the need for enhanced transparency requirements and the changes in global tax norms are leading shipping interests to consider their corporate structures, and how shipping clusters can capitalise on these trends in the market.
