Our latest webinar, “Maintenance vs Claims”, explored the vital link between vessel maintenance practices and the occurrence of claims.

This webinar, hosted by Muhammad Khan, Loss Prevention Manager at Britannia P&I, brought together perspectives from our Loss Prevention and Claims teams, who shared real-world insights into how maintenance standards directly impact claim frequency and severity. We were also pleased to feature an external industry expert, who provided an independent viewpoint on best practices, common pitfalls, and strategies for mitigating risk through proactive maintenance.
