CHINA MSA AMENDED RULES ON INTENSIFIED MONITORING AND INSPECTION

Our correspondent in China, Oasis P&I Services Company Limited, has advised in a circular that the China MSA has published new rules relating to the intensified monitoring and inspection on listed vessels on 23 October 2023, which will come into effect as of 1 December 2023, replacing the previous rules published in 2013.
