COLOMBIA: NEW CONDITIONS OF NAVIGATION AT THE PORT OF BARRANQUILLA

Correspondents in Colombia have advised that the Port Captain in Barranquilla has issued a notice with regard to draft restrictions for the vessels entering or sailing from the port.
