SINGAPORE: CREW CHANGE UPDATE

The Singapore Crew Change Working Group has updated the Singapore Crew Change Guidebook to reflect recent updates in the Singapore MPA Port Marine Circular No.38 of 2020. Members are urged to submit applications for changing crew at least 14 days in advance, especially if the application includes sign-on crew. The process for this, as set out in the Guidebook, must be closely followed.
