Correspondents in Argentina have advised that the water levels in the Parana River / River Plate system have been dropping below average.
Hydrographic Authorities and the Coast Guard have issued a notice advising masters to exercise caution, and to liaise with local agents and pilots to determine the maximum safe drafts when navigating along these waterways.
