Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA Singapore) offers guidance and dispensations for Singapore-registered ships which may find it hard to comply with certain regulations (such as statutory surveys and timely repatriation of crew) due to the COVID-19 situation.
MPA has extended its precautionary measures to minimise the risk of COVID-19 in Singapore, with details in Port Marine Circular 09 of 2020 and Maritime Declaration of Health PMC 08 of 2020
