CHINA: NEW SHIP ROUTING SYSTEM IN MINJIANG RIVER ESTUARY, FUZHOU PORT

With effect from 1 June a ship routing system will be introduced in the Fuzhou area and remain in place for the next 5 years. All ships in the area must adhere to the ship separation and no sail zones. Ships must report their details to Fuzhou VTS and keep a listening watch on VHF channel 23.
