ARGENTINA: SAN NICOLAS PORT ACCESS CHANNEL DREDGING

Further to the warning in the last BNS about draft depths in the San Nicolas port area we have now been informed that a dredger arrived on 20 July to improve the access channel and the work is planned to last for 20 days. The objective is to increase the channel depth to 10/10.3m and the width to about 230m. We are grateful to Alejandro Vega from Buenos Aires for this update on the situation in San Nicolas.
