BRITANNIA LONDON STAFF: WORKING REMOTELY

Following UK government advice, Britannia’s London-based staff continue to work remotely.

Initially, our staff will work remotely until Tuesday 14 April 2020, with the position being kept under review.  We will ensure that you are advised of any future change.

Call diverts will be in operation and staff will use remote office to conduct business as usual; so, Members will see no difference in service levels.

TINDALL RILEY (BRITANNIA) HONG KONG

In view of the recent increase in COVID – 19 cases, the staff of the Hong Kong office will, until further notice, work remotely in its on-going support of efforts to contain the virus. Call diverts will be in operation and staff will use remote office to conduct business as usual.

TINDALL RILEY (BRITANNIA) JAPAN

Please be advised that, as reported on 13th March 2020, we are taking precautions against the spread of the coronavirus. We will continue operating with a reduced physical presence in the office and providing our staff with flexible working arrangements.

Our staff will work remotely until close of business Friday 10 April 2020, with the position being kept under review.  We will ensure that you are advised of any future change.

We will continue to provide you with the best possible service and we remain fully at your disposal. Whilst all emails are checked during working hours, please contact any of the team by phone if you have any questions or concerns. We will continue to assess the situation closely.

TINDALL RILEY (BRITANNIA) SINGAPORE

TRBS staff will continue to work from home until further notice, given the continuing situation in Singapore and in line with the current government guidelines.

Our working hours will remain 0930-1730 and we will, of course, be available to you outside of these hours as you may require.

TR(B) DENMARK: WORKING REMOTELY

Our Copenhagen staff will continue to work remotely, initially until Tuesday 14th April 2020, with the position being kept under review.

We will ensure that you are advised of any future change. Our London colleagues will continue to work closely with TR(B) Denmark to ensure that normal service to Members is maintained.

TINDALL RILEY & CO LIMITED (GREEK BRANCH) BRITANNIA

In light of the increasing risk associated with COVID-19, all of our staff in Greece will work remotely, with the position being kept under review.

Greek office colleagues can be contacted on their usual mobile numbers and emails. We wish to ensure members that these remote working arrangements will not affect the service levels.
