CREW CHANGES NOW ALLOWED IN SINGAPORE IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

The Singapore MPA, recognising that seafarers play a critical role in global seaborne trade, understand that there would be special circumstances where crew will need to disembark or embark the ship in Singapore. All such requests are to be submitted to MPA for consideration.
