Published: 3 February 2022

The Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DGST) has provided details of designated anchorage areas within Indonesian territorial waters in waters off Bintan/Batam (“East OPL”). The Minister of Transportation Decree Number (KM) 30 of 2021 has been published and which provides the location of designated anchorages in the waters off Tanjung Berakit, via circular KM 30 of 2021 (in Bahasa Indonesia).
