Thank you to the 115 attendees at our Loss Prevention department webinar: Tanker Matters on Wednesday 29 July 2020. The presenters were Capt Shajed Khan, Loss Prevention Manager, Derek Birch, Associate Director – Claims and Capt Alistair Roaf, Senior Master Mariner, Brookes Bell.

The presenters reviewed and discussed tanker claims and associated defences, focussing on cargo shortages, contamination, sampling and tank cleaning.
